Ion Gumeniuc
Founder & CEO
Ion Gumeniuc is an accomplished investment professional with over 15 years of experience specializing in mergers and acquisitions, bankruptcy advisory, and a broad range of special situations, including equity, credit, litigation finance, and other complex investment strategies.
Mr. Gumeniuc began his career at Citigroup and later joined Houlihan Lokey, where he played a key role advising the Unsecured Creditors’ Committee in the landmark Lehman Brothers bankruptcy case.
Prior to founding his current venture, Mr. Gumeniuc served as a senior analyst at a New York-based investment firm. Over the past eight years, he was instrumental in managing approximately $1 billion in assets under management (AUM), focusing on special situations across both public and private markets. His investment expertise spans distressed assets, activist equity positions, and litigation-related opportunities.

Vivek Agrawal
Chief Financial Officer & Head of Business Development
Vivek Agrawal brings over 25 years of broad-based experience in finance, encompassing leadership roles in corporate finance, equity research, asset management, and both investment and commercial banking.
Mr. Agrawal most recently served as Chief Financial Officer of EnBiorganic Technologies, where he was responsible for raising seed and growth capital, as well as developing strategic client relationships. Previously, he held senior equity research roles at Compass Point Research & Trading and Wells Fargo Securities, where he earned national recognition—ranking #2 for stock picking in the Thrifts & Mortgage Finance category of the 2017 U.S. Thomson Reuters Analyst Awards.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Agrawal served as Vice President and senior credit analyst at Declaration Management & Research, and as Vice President in the investment banking division of H.C. Wainwright & Co.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Maryland, College Park, and an MBA from Fordham University.

Andrew Walsh
Senior Advisor
Andrew Walsh is a seasoned financial markets professional with over 26 years of experience trading interest rate and foreign exchange products across both short- and long-duration instruments. His career has spanned key global financial hubs, including Australia, Japan, and Europe.
Mr. Walsh currently serves as Managing Director and Head of G10 Rates Trading for Australia and New Zealand at Citi, where he leads strategy and execution across sovereign debt and interest rate products in the region.
He holds an Honours Degree in Economics and Finance from the University of Melbourne.
Jared Joyce-Schleimer
Senior Advisor
Jared Joyce-Schleimer is a seasoned legal advisor with 15 years of experience specializing in finance and corporate restructuring, with a particular focus on the development, financing, and turnaround of major energy and infrastructure (E&I) projects—including distressed infrastructure investments.
He is currently a Partner at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe, a leading law firm in the E&I sector. His previous legal practice includes prominent roles at Kirkland & Ellis, Latham & Watkins, and Milbank, where he advised on complex, high-value transactions and restructurings across the energy and infrastructure landscape.
Mr. Joyce-Schleimer holds a Juris Doctor (cum laude) from Georgetown University Law Center, a Master of Public Policy with a focus on international development and homeland security from Georgetown’s McCourt School of Public Policy, and a Bachelor of Science with honors in Mathematics from the University of South Carolina.
Dan Chandra
Senior Advisor
Dan Chandra is an experienced investment professional with a distinguished track record in special situations investing. He currently serves as Partner and Portfolio Manager at Clear Sky Advisers, LLC, a U.S.-based investment management firm focused on complex and opportunistic strategies.
Over the course of his career, Mr. Chandra has held senior investment roles at several prominent firms, including Lion Point Capital and DW Partners (a spin-out of Brevan Howard), where he specialized in event-driven and credit-oriented investments across public and private markets.
Mr. Chandra holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Stanford University and an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Suleman E. Lunat
Senior Advisor
Mr. Lunat is a private investor focused on investing in value-oriented and opportunistic situations across a wide range of industries and real estate asset classes. Mr. Lunat partners with seasoned operating executives to invest in transactions including platform roll-ups, corporate carve-outs, turnarounds, distressed debt and bankruptcies.
Mr. Lunat has 30 years of direct investing and investment banking experience. My. Lunat’s investment experience spans both public and private equity, credit, distressed and special situations. Prior to his career as a principal investor, Mr. Lunat was an investment banker focused on advising companies in North America and Europe on bankruptcy, restructuring, M&A and leverage finance transactions.
Mr. Lunat was Head of Private Investments and Special Situations at Brean Asset Management (BAM) from 2019 to 2023. BAM is the asset management arm of Brean Capital LLC, an independent investment bank.
From 2014 to 2017 Mr. Lunat was the co-founder of M3 Partners, an operational turnaround advisory and investment firm. He co-sponsored and was Executive Vice President for M III Acquisition Corporation, a $150 million SPAC raised in 2016. M III SPAC successfully acquired Infrastructure and Energy Alternatives, Inc. (IEA) from Oaktree Capital Management LP in 2018 and sold IEA to Mastec, Inc. in a cash and stock transaction valued at $14.00 per share upon announcement in 2022.
Mr. Lunat served as Principal and Portfolio Manager at Apollo Global Management from 2007 to 2013. He was also a member of Apollo’s Strategic Value Fund and Credit Opportunity Funds. At Apollo, he managed a portfolio of public and private special situations, stressed, distressed, and turnaround credit and equity investments. Prior to Apollo, Mr. Lunat was a Senior Investment Analyst at Longacre Fund Management and Sandell Asset Management.
From 1997 to 2003, Mr. Lunat held a variety of roles at Greenhill & Co., where he focused on private equity investing, corporate restructurings and M&A. He was a founding member of the Greenhill Capital Partners flagship private equity fund. He began his career in 1995 at Lehman Brothers as a financial analyst in the Investment Banking division.
Mr. Lunat served on the boards of ESG Energy Holdings (dba Crossbridge Energy) and Centrus Energy Corp. He currently serves as a trustee of Success Academy Charter Schools-NYC. He graduated from Wesleyan University in 1995 with a B.A. in Economics.
Robert Stiles
Senior Advisor
Robert is an innovative and experienced executive, advisor, entrepreneur, board member and investor with a proven track record of advancement and creation of shareholder value. Having served in various roles including Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operations Officer, Chief Risk Officer and Chief Human Resources Officer, Robert brings deep experience in various strategic, operational, and capital models.
Robert started his career with KPMG LLP in 1994, initially in the audit practice but soon moved to advisory services. After spending almost two years in Ireland helping to roll out new audit initiatives, he became one of the youngest directors in the firm’s history, being promoted to such role in only six years while helping to start what is now KPMG’s Advisory Services Practice. After leaving KPMG, Robert spent almost six years in various senior financial roles at Time Warner Inc. (now part of Warner Bros. Discovery) and Viacom Inc. (now part of Paramount Global). Subsequently, Robert moved into financial services role, principally in real estate, including Controller of Centerline Mortgage, CFO of Altisource Portfolio Solutions S.A. and CFO of Mr. Cooper Group Inc. among other roles. After leaving Mr. Cooper Group Inc. Robert has focused on value creation either as an employee or consultant at various startups including Kiavi, CrowdStreet, Invest Every, and AcreTrader.
Robert has led, invested in, and/or served as advisor to startups in real estate, alternative investments, media and entertainment, energy, water treatment and food sectors. Currently he sits on the board of Salsa God LLC.
In his spare time, besides golf and running, Robert serves as a Canine Coach with Austin Pets Alive! which has spearheaded initiatives that have made Austin, Texas the largest no-kill city in the country. As a Canine Coach, Robert works with behaviorally challenged dogs to provide enrichment and training with the goal of making shelter dogs more adoptable. Robert currently serves as interim CFO for Austin Pets Alive!
Robert holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting with a concentration in Information Systems from James Madison University. In addition, he holds a Master of Business Administration from Columbia University. He is an active Certified Public Accountant in Virginia, license No. 20427.
